We at hanabi operate an online entertainment platform available to users in supported jurisdictions where local law permits. Our terms set out the conditions under which you access our services, create an account, deposit and withdraw funds, place selections on football (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), and esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). Account opening on hanabi
To open a hanabi account, you must provide your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and national identity number. If we discover duplicate accounts or underage accounts, we will close them and may forfeit any balance held in those accounts.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with anyone or permit another person to use your account. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorized access if you breach this rule. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.

Deposits and withdrawals on hanabi
We accept deposits via five payment categories: e-wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), e-wallet unified QR codes, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each method has a minimum and maximum transaction amount, both displayed before you confirm your deposit. Your deposit is added to your hanabi wallet immediately upon settlement, typically within minutes for e-wallets, within an hour for mobile banking, and within hours for bank virtual accounts (subject to your bank's processing windows).
To withdraw funds, you must have completed KYC verification and must withdraw to the same payment method you used to deposit. Withdrawals are processed back to your registered source within hours to days, depending on your payment provider. Our finance team reviews each withdrawal for compliance and fraud prevention. Straightforward requests are typically approved within hours; larger or unusual requests may take one to three business days.
We do not charge hanabi fees for deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Your withdrawal amount must not exceed your available hanabi balance. If you attempt to withdraw more than your balance, the request is rejected.
Deposits and withdrawals are final once processed. We cannot reverse a completed transaction if you made an error in the payment details. If your deposit does not credit within the published processing window, contact our support team with your transaction reference and we will investigate.
Bonus terms and conditions
From time to time, we may offer bonus credits or promotions to account holders. Any such offer is subject to the specific terms published at the time of offer. Bonus credits are not withdrawable as cash and may be subject to play-through requirements (meaning you must wager the bonus a certain number of times before you can convert it to cash). Bonus terms will be clearly stated when you claim a bonus; if you do not understand the terms, contact our support team before claiming.
Bonuses expire on the date specified in the offer, even if you have not used them. Expired bonuses are forfeited. If you close your hanabi account, any unused bonus is lost. We reserve the right to withdraw bonuses from your account if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Our hanabi selection and game rules
We offer selections on football leagues (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and others), live-dealer tables, slot games, and esports tournaments. Each game or market has rules governing bet settlement. Football selections settle within hours of the final match result. Live-dealer games settle in real time as the dealer completes the hand or round. Slot games settle instantly as your spin completes. Esports selections settle within hours of the final match.
If a match is postponed, cancelled, or the result is disputed, we settle selections according to the official result announced by the governing body (e.g., the football league or esports tournament organiser). If no official result is announced or we cannot determine the outcome, the selection is voided and your stake is returned.
All game outcomes are determined by random number generators (for slots) or live play (for tables and sports). No outcome is guaranteed. Past results do not influence future outcomes. If you believe a game malfunctioned, contact our support team with the date, time, and session ID of the game and we will investigate.
Jurisdiction and service availability
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not knowingly offer services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that access to and use of hanabi comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you access hanabi from a territory where such services are prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk and hanabi accepts no liability for your actions.
We may restrict or block access from certain IP addresses or territories without notice. If your account is restricted or closed due to jurisdiction concerns, we will refund any balance held in your account to your registered payment method within 30 days.
Dispute resolution and liability
If you have a dispute with hanabi regarding a settlement, payout, or account issue, contact our support team with full details. We aim to respond within one business day. We will investigate and, if we determine an error occurred, we will correct your account balance or payout accordingly.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution or arbitration as permitted by local law. We will cooperate with any official inquiry or legal process. Our liability for any loss arising from your use of hanabi is limited to the amount you have deposited with us (or, if lower, the amount you can legally claim under local law).
We are not responsible for: service interruptions due to technical issues, transmission errors, or third-party platform failures; loss of funds due to your failure to protect your password or account; or any indirect or consequential loss.
Data protection and privacy
We collect personal data (name, date of birth, identity number, email, phone, payment details) to operate your hanabi account, comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, and prevent fraud. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment information is discarded after each transaction settles; we do not retain it. Your personal data is not sold to third parties and is shared only as required by law.
We monitor account activity for fraud indicators (unusual login locations, rapid deposits and withdrawals, large selections) and may request additional information or restrict your account while we investigate. This is a standard safeguard to protect all account holders.

Closing your hanabi account
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. We will close your account and refund any balance to your registered payment method within 30 days. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened; if you wish to use hanabi again, you must create a new account and complete KYC verification again.
We may close or suspend accounts if: you violate these terms, you provide false information, you engage in fraudulent activity, your account shows signs of money laundering or other illegal activity, or we are required to do so by law. In such cases, we may forfeit any balance in your account.
